Sometimes when copying the "registration key" from an email into the scrub program to register, data only appears in the first text box. To resolve this issue, copy your "registration key" from your email into a blank notepad/word document. Once the registration key has been moved to the blank document copy the key again and then set your mouse cursor into the registration key text box and then press "Ctrl + V". (This is a keyboard shortcut command which will paste the registration key into the text boxes correctly.)
